What are workout sessions?

Unlike the traditional model of time-based gym memberships, where you pay for a certain period of time whether you use the gym or not, workout session plans give you the flexibility to pay only for the times you use the gym. 

How are workout sessions different from personal training sessions?

The main difference is access to our expert personal trainers. 

Workout sessions give you access to the gym without one of our personal trainers. While personal training sessions include the services of our certified trainers. 

Is there a minimum commitment for fully private sessions?

We offer plans for as low as a single session as well as longer-term plans, we have 6, 12, 24, and 48 session plans.

Can I bring my spouse or partner to a fully private session?

Workout sessions do not have a couples package. If you’re looking for couples packages, you can check out our personal training plans.

How flexible is the scheduling for fully private sessions?

Workout sessions offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your lifestyle. You will have access to our app where you can schedule your sessions at your convenience.

Do workout sessions include nutritional guidance?

No, workout sessions do not include any personal training or nutritional guidance. 

However, you can purchase a nutritional plan as an add-on service.

Can I bring my own personal trainer with me?

On a case-by-case basis, the management may allow external personal trainers on the premises. Check with the management first to avoid disappointment.
